I would like some advice please?

I have had a direct offer for purehardrock.com
Any ideas on value, as I think the offer is too low/not serious.

Average 150 views/day.

thanks,

That's my kind of site! Hard rock. :-D

I'd say, as it is (domain only) $500-$750.. with development easily $xxxx.

Thanks. I've mailed my asking price. We'll see what happens. :-)

Unless I get a good price i'll develop it. I love the music!!

No problem, any time.

If I were you I wouldn't settle for an low-ball price, because you should easily be able to market this domain to a larger rock band (AC/DC, Van Halen, Metallica, etc.)

US$988 is what we calclulate (although it might fetch as high as US$6,601) using our model based on 397 secondary market transactions collected and statistically analyzed in June 2004. I would rather a real appraisal rather than an automated ad thanks. I assume it's automated as I read the same thing about 6 times just now here in appraisals.

It's not automated, and it's not the same appraisal as the other ones. They all have different prices. Thought I was doing this forum a favor putting time into some free appraisals. Guess not.
