1) The traffic is delivered via a Publisher Network. You just enter in the domain, number of hits, and a limit per day. Once all of that is filled in, it will start and and deliver the traffic to the sites. It all runs thorugh pop-under ads, and is very eye catching to all ads. 1) Traffic is directed from http://www.adversal.com
2) I spent $0 for ads, although I have an advertising banner made. I advertise in webmaster forums and have gained many clients doing so. As you can see in my SIG for example. Works like a charm...

BTW I am paying/donating 10,000 uniques to a christmas promotion at a popular forum with many thousands of members. In return he is sending an email advertisiment of our service to every member and an advertisement in the promotion as well. He said he can almost gaurantee up to 100 clients.
