Can I push a .com domain from my qqnetwork account to godaddy????

"push" means your are transfering to another account within the same registrar , so the answer is no, you cannot "push" to another registrar , but you can "transfer" to another regisrtrar , you will have to pay 1 year domain fee at the new registrar and put in a transfer request.
