Push queue...?

I tried pushing a domain name to another account.
Everything seemed fine and I told my buyer that I have pushed the domain in his account. But he tells me that it's not in there.
I check again and I see that the push is "queued" at moniker for several hours now...
What is going on at moniker? Nothing works anymore.
Everything is broken.

Renewals for .biz and .us are a mess. It takes me 1-2 hours to renew 100 domains as in every order some domains fail to renew.

Usually I have to log out & log back in to find a domain that was pushed to my account.

Theo I realized it after several hours. I logged out and logged in, in the meantime.
Push was in "orders" and was queued.
