This is my first .net name pushnevada.net how do you like it?

nevada.net would be good. the "push" prefix ruins it considering its also .net.

well it seems like a tv show so its probably trademarked. in any case i doubt the .net gets much traffic.

I did not think of that, I already saw a site buy the name of push-nevada.net so I figured I would be fine. Aren't the words push and Nevada considered generic? If not should I be expecting contact from an attorney? Thanks for any light you can shed.

the word "push" and the word "nevada" are generic on their own but when they are together they would be infringing on the trademark. If i were you i would try to sell it to owners of
push-nevada.net. they might be interested since you have the better domain

"Push, Nevada" was a failed television show this past fall. I think it only ran 7 or 8 episodes.
