How much is the reg fee / renewals for 3L.com's???

Why not? It's pronounceable. At least $8k for this one.

Yes, could do $12k even. Nonetheless I don't find it to be a strong acronym, low/no traffic, not very exciting. There are so many better LLLs for out there at similar price points that I don't see the fuss about this drop.
Of course this is one man's opinion and I am only allowing myself to profess such comments due to the fact its a drop and I am not harming anyone in the process :)

My guess:
Because the owner, Mr Sorensen, has lost so many WIPO cases for LLL.com lately that he has decided it is cheaper to let it lapse, than pay the renewal fee, only to have it awarded to a complainant

lol that is the dumbest thing ive ever heard.. renewal fee is $7

PYM.COM? who would want to shell out big bucks for that?

You obviously aren't very well educated on the domain name market. 25 posts in 6 years and 0 itrader. And to say, who would want to shell out big bucks for that, is a ridiculous statement. No matter what the letters are, LLL.com's sell for 7k+

7k good value, think it will creep past 12k
