Pity typo maybe? But Pity.com isn't developed so that doesn't help much. Anyways, I would say around $100-200 for this one. :)

I agree with the low $xxx figures. Though it's sort of pronounceable, it's not so memorable and doesn't roll off the tongue that easily.

With an acronym-type domain, you should also think about what it can stand for.

PYTI = Pull You Through It (some sort of therapy / support group?)
Put Your Teeth In (dentures?)
Michael Jackson had a popular song called PYT [Pretty Young Thing] - maybe something along those lines?
