2 strong letters, 2 weak letters, semi-pronounceable doesn't exactly roll off my tongue (more like gets qawt in my throat) but is actually a word in Arabic - not sure about market for Yemeni "Geo" domains but might want to google "Wadi al Qawt" for more on that ...
Google also comes back with an old Java package QAWT.jar ... And previous Chinese-language site for qawt.com is still in the cache so might see some traffic - good luck getting many clicks from that with an English-language landing page though.
Other acronyms possible going forward of course so could be developed as anything from "Quality Assurance Web Training" to "Quick Acting Water Tight" ...
(just guessing) maybe mid $xx up to maybe $100 to a reseller, and a decent multiple of that to a few potential end users. Good luck with it!
