question about advertising regions

i have just parked several domains at namedrive and im not sure about some settings. the domains i have parked are european ccTLDs. should i choose europe as an advertising region, or should i leave it "all regions"? how does this affect the revenue? btw the traffic is purely european

Leave it as all regions, then you can go after in your stats folders and from "regions the pull down menu" pull up each region ,and it will show you how many of your visitors came from each region.
