Question about backordering a domain dropping from Omnis.com

I was curious if there is any chance we can catch an expiring domain from Omnis.com.

I read that BuyDomains.com has a special relationship with them and they get all their expired domains.

Can someone confirm if this is true?

Does that mean that using a drop catcher would be useless because it is instantly transferred to them?
