Question about dropcatcher.co.uk

Hi All,

Some weeks ago we caught our first co.uk domain through dropcatcher.co.uk but we've never received any details about the registrar from where managing it; can anyone help, please ?

We contacted more times their customercare through the web form but we've never heard back, probably it's no longer working and we don't have a direct email address where asking for assistance.

Briefly, we only need to know from what url managing our domain, thanks.

have you tried doing a whois on it

Sure the domain is registered to us and we no longer have the corresponding backorder credit but there's no way to know the registrar from whois or better the registrar is always dropcatcher.co.uk but we've no link in our account to manage it.
