Question about PR domains

Do PR domains eventually lower in traffic? What I mean is if it's optimized in google an is receiving traffic an making me money will that fall off over time if I do nothing? Let's say hypothetically it's a PR4 domain that is making money through google optimized on trafficclub and gets roughly 200-350 uniques a month and makes me 60-100 a month..

The answer is: You will most probably lose your PR if you park domain name.
