question about sedo in italy

Hi, I own several domain wich receive quite a good traffic amount from Italy.
The traffic is very specific but the results will need to be in italian.
Everytime I visit some listed italian site it seems to me that the ads are pulled not from the italian market (same thing for Spain) because most of the times they are in English and the click value in Spain it is very very low in my past experience.
My fear is that some of the names are really generic and should pay very well even in Italy but I will move them only if I am sure that the ads will appear in Italian and will target the specific KW.
Also what is the percentage you are paying to members? Is it 75 %?
and do you have a special deal with google that they pay you more than regular adsense publisher?
