Hi Guys,

I always thought that I can send domainn name to the auction if I receive an offer. Only few days ago I sent one domain name to the auction. Still, with one of the domain names I got an offer, and I have no any options to accept the offer or accept it with sending it to the auction.

What I am doing wrong?

When you receive an offer you have two options: make a counter offer or start an auction.
If the auction starts the first offer is the reserve price.

thanks Carter, I understand that.

For this particular domain name I don't have any option to accpt the offer, or send it to the auction. The only option I have is to counter offer, or submit a message

Was your domain listed with a fixed price?

Hello Provider,

Let me know if you have not received a response from the Customer Care Team yet and I can certainly look into this for you.

Thanks,
