One day you register 100 domains according to available lists, The registrar offers free privacy services for the bulk domains. You selected to use privacy settings to avoid whois spam. After registration, you want to check the domains to avoid problems, then you find one or 2 of them may contains TMs, you immediately delete them from your account to avoid TM infringement.

After one month, you suddenly find your account is billed $2X.00 for the deleted domains. And you find the deleted domains are live at registrar's control earning parking revenue for the registrar.
