What is the going rate for website DESIGN? I am a web programmer, but I stink at design. If I need a basic HTML layout of say, 5-6 different page arrangements with the associated CSS/JavaScript files (but no programming), about how much would I expect to pay? I am not sure when I would be doing these sites, but want to know how much I would have to pay for it.
