question on trademarks

This guy messages me 'I own that trademark."

I just got the domain, idecode (.).com

If I am not using it for his industry, product ect. what should he care.




I could go trademark ispeakers and sue to get the domain.
Repeat over and over and retire rich.

I did a search for the TM and it is active:

I would definitely double check with a DN attorney before using the name so that you are aware of what you can and cannot do. I made the mistake of buying a TM DN and now I don't think I can do anything with it.
