But thats not the answer so here it goes:

Mostly no one types _ for a domain name , the name has absolutely no value.

_ is just used for emails mostly.

so most people prefer -.

Since when can you register a domain with "_" in it. I have never seen one, EVER. Go to register.com and look for some, the character is invalid.

I'm going with NameYourself, you can use letters, numbers, and a hyphen. THats it. No underscores are allowed in a domain name.
