i have a question

i am thinking about reg a .com name
and there is a name of a big company with the same name but there company is a uk company and they have the domain name in the .uk.com extension.

They have three words in there company name.the last word is generic.I can get the first two words in the .com extension.Do yall think it would be worth buying it and try selling it to them.

I see no trademarks on the name either. If yall agree,i will buy and post for apprasial
thanks
ps.there a big company i think and the .org is taken by someone else everything else is open

Can't answer your question(s), but if you DO register a domain please post it here for APPRAISAL. Good Luck.

Do not buy if the sole purpose is to sell to the UK company.
Buy only if you like the name.

thanks everyone.
Its a pretty good name kinda but genric to,i found that the companie's full name is also avaiable to in .com.

I have also got a legal issue i want to ask over on the legal board i think it is ,if you want to please stop by and put some input about it .May not be a big deal but it kinda made me mad.

ill take a look but i cant say nothing if i dont know the domain name
