because it's the only option i have.... if there was another way to set this up, i would.
 
thanks d, but this doesn't help... it is a little more complicated than this because as mentioned, the layout is kind of tricky.

you must know that, if the external pages are not in your control, they can always add a frame breaker...I know I would.

that i am aware of... all 3 pages are under my control, they are mine of course.
