I am in discussion with a seller on afternic for a name.
He set the minimum offer to our agreed price that he would sell it.

When I place that minimum offer on the domain can he accept it right away or does it have to go to auction??

I just don't want to place an offer and then he screw me over and send it to auction.

Thanks in advance

He can:
- Accept the offer
- Make a counter offer
- Ignore your offer

Unless there is a Buy It Now price.

Thanks John,

Does he have the option to send it to auction?
