Quick question

Hey all,
I am very new to this. A friend of mine got me interested in this. It seemed pretty interesting so I aquired a few domains. Anyway, I get an email from someone asking if I was interesting in selling on of them drugzone.mobi and asked if I had anymore and what I wanted for them. I responded and told him what I had and told him to make an offer. He replied saying he would give me $15,000 for drugzone and 3 others. But he said I had to ge them appraised with a company he trusts. Here is what is on my mind. Why would he offer that kind of money if he didn't know what they were worth to begin with? It just seems like he is trying to get business for the appraiser. I have always believed if it is too good to be true, it usually is. RIGHT?

It comes in different forms and with more smoothness, but if it's that important to them and they can't buy an appraisal themselves then they probably can't afford your domain either! Sorry mate.
