Here is my situation... I wanted big money for it... But I have about $36,000 in radio commercials to pay for plus, a few other surprizes to take care of, so I'm willing to talk....

I have a broker trying to sell it for 50k+
and I really think it's worth it, but I would need to get with the right people like:

Nicorette, Zyban, Smokeaway, etc....
I don't nkow how to appropriatly approach them about it.

This is the type of site that can make a ton of money in ads, but someone has to apply the right content.... It's old, so it will do very well....
