Undeveloped, probably not more than $15-$20 IMHO.
Developed, (rack meaning breasts, as in "Rate my Rack"), if you can get a dozen or so girls to display their "rack" in the forums and receive feedback you would get loads of male traffic, and the re-sale value could be in the $xxx - $xxxx area.
But that wouldn't be easy... ;-)
