Had this domain for years. Just now getting into developing it. Looks like it will go well.

Stats:
Daily Uniques= 5k+ and growing fast (get another 7k in linked Uniques/day as well from our other media domains.)
Google = 363k
OVT = 18735 W/O ext
OVT = 1135 W/ext
Alexa = 700k up 150k 3/month
Alexa RPM = up 57% and PV = up 10% (3 month)

Any ideas or comments would be welcomed. Thanks

Well, the traffic is impressive, but I question the usefulness of the site as you have it now. I was expecting to be able to put in my zip or State and get a listing of all the AM and FM stations available to me, the type of content for each, and and a link to those that provide an internet stream. To have to pick through every possible frequency and submit each one... 87.9, 88.1, 88.3... is just not useful. Hopefuly you will be able to figure out a way to improve the functionality. Good luck with the site.

greggish >> Depends which link you use. THe Quick link only gives you a few stations on that freq which should be all you want if your looking for a known station on a known freq. The complex search lets you display pages of ALL the freqs if you want. We stll have a lot of work to do. Just getting it off the ground. Thanks for your input. Its's valuabale to us.

I just tried it again using the bottom "Advanced" search option. That is much better. That really should be the default method and the top Link!

aZooZa >> To get a proper Google put the domain in quotes (") if the search phrase has more than one word and then separate the domain into the words that the end user will naturally be using ie radiolocator.com = "radio locator". That will give you a "Real" read on what the domains "True" search value is.
Anyone disagrees, then let me know. That's how I have always done it and the only way that makes sense to me. What we are looking for in the Google Stat is how much business, links, pages etc is out there for a particular grammatically expressed > concept - topic - product or service <.
IN a nut shell, we want to know how much attention or interest there is for the domain's difinitive expression.
Right?!?

Err -- wrong. Google is like for like, if you're quoting. Doesn't matter how much you dress it up with 'grammatical extrapolations', G is G.

AZooZa, OK so I got what your saying. So I guess PokerOnline.com is worth about what $50.00 or maybe $100.00?
If I use your method of evaluating Pokeronline.com ie "pokeronline" at Google I get 221k. That does not seem to be useful for evaluating Pokeronline.com to me. But if we split the domain like it would be naturally searched by ie"poker online" I get a much more acurate picture or indication of the worth or that domain name. But, I guess all "Domain evaluation and appraisal" is a subjective thing and you use what works for you.
IF I'm missing something here AZooZa let me know.

BTW - same seems to hold true for overture as well. (though of course I never use quotes with overture )

Yeah - you're misquoting Google mate. Take a tip: always make your Google stats in quotes, like "Radio Locator" or (no quotes) radiolocator. Geddit?

Indeed. Base your Google results on that. That's what I just said.
