I say develop it with focus on rambutan info to increase domain value.

Little value without development. Little demand and lesser extension equal little value uless you get lucky. .US is currently available as I suspect are other extensions.

There are some obscure ccTLDs still available however all gTLDs and many ccTLD's are reg'd and some developed sites (as listed in my original post.)

Anyone else?
