Rare 1 letter domain- k.gd. What is it worth?

As we know, 1 letter domains in any tld is almost impossible to get, so what do you think this is worth? Am looking to make a purchase, and will like to know whether it has any resale value.
Or maybe value as a url shortner??

You could get something just for the rarity factor though?
