The highest offer remains at $2250 & I won't be selling it that low. My "sweet spot" is at $3,000 - unless you want to buy the domain immediately at $4,000.

The worth of the PR 7 really depends on how long the buyer sees the longevity of that PR remaining.. If I'm confident that the PR will remain for a long period of time I'd have no problems playing $3k.
