that may mean more parties in the lawsuit even a rashard class action

You just made it easy for the lawyers by posting specific target person.
Now all the lawyers have to do is cite this forum and your message and claim bad faith. We can argue about what is bad faith and what is not, in the end it's upto the panelist and we know which side they swing :laugh:
