Good idea.... I suggest the OP visit some of the higher end adult affiliate sites like Silvercash to get some ideas.

I'd also try using one of the 5 background colors for anything Adult;

Black
Red
Pink
Purple
Blue

And I'd drop the kleenex boxes

I like the thumbnail galleries, I'd leave those alone for now... Just scrap everything above them and start over. Whatever header you create, reduce the height to get as much of the gallery showing as possible.
