For Sale RatePhotos.com - 1 private offer accepting others

I just got an email to sell RatePhotos.com for mid $xxx. I may be willing to sell in the higher $x,xxx or low $xx,xxx.

Does anyone have experience with photo rating websites? How well do they usually do in terms of revenue? This one could be for rating women, men, cars, art, the entire gamut of photos. If it doesn't sell I should probably develop this one, so please send your advice and experiences with photo rating sites if anyone's operated one before. Thanks.

Photo rating sites can build a lot of steady traffic (i.e.: my old site, RateMyPC.com -- it gets about 50 uniques/day) -- however, when it comes down to it, they really aren't profitable. You should jump on the mid $xxx offer -- there's no way you're going to get offered $xx,xxx -- you'd be lucky to get offered $x,xxx.

Not trying to rain on your sales thread -- just being honest because you asked for opinion.

Thanks for your opinion. Have you ever tried running PPC google ads on the site to earn some revenue? I was thinking it could use a combo of PPC and dating / personals paid section of the site if someone wants to meet one of the people they rate.
