Hello,

I own ReadNotifications.com

and I email several services who offer "email read notification services" and "sms read notification services".

Now, the owner of ReadNotify says that he is the only one who has a right/use for the domain because he owns the TradeMark, he is very litigious and protective of his business, and I would have to go through defending an expensive lawsuit etc etc etc.

But it is CLEAR that his domain is,

ReadNotify

and NOT

ReadNotifications

--

They are completely different apples, if I do not make a mention of "Read Notify" or do anything to take advantage of what they have made up.

I just denied and told him that I would just ignore it all, and I do what I want with the domain.

I have 2 questions.

1) Is it OK to keep/sell this domain for me and not bother about what he says.
2) Is it possible for him to file a lawsuit and waste my time and money regardless of the answer to 1) above?

Any advice is appreciated.

Regards,

Fahad Hassen

Have him supply you with the registration number of that "Trademark". He won't be able to.
