Hi,
I am helping out a relative build their real estate agent site relating to properties in our local town. What do you recommend using to create the site quickly and cheap? I would want something that includes the standard features such as adding listings, mls linking, etc. Thanks for your assistance.

There are a lot of solutions avaiable to you. Are you looking for an ASP or PHP solution? We just finished building an ASP solution ourselves for our hosting clients actually. I think the MLS listings is a little more expensive to connect to?
