HUGE Msn pagerank on this domain #1 result when searching any of these

#8 result(first page out of almost 3 million for WHY EQUITY

#55(6th page i think) for EQUITY REALTY
and MANY MANY others i didnt bother searching for or listing here it just has an intense overall msn pagerank the way msn works you could probably put anything related to real estate in the page title and get the same type of results 6 years old the old company that had it got 22,000 hits in there first year that was in 2001 then they took the counter off so i couldnt see how much traffic it had after that, also listed on ebay you can search real estate equity domain to find it there if you want, I will consider any offer start at whatever you want
