If you really think it's worthy enough to appraise, put the name in the title.

Well, restate and real estate are two different things on earth, I'm not sure about mars.

Here on earth it's worth reg fee at most.

first put the name on the thread as header to make it easy for domainers to appraise it. I don't see much value in your name though. a low $xx! Good luck!!

While those that know me, know I often put optimistic values on domain names - I have to agree with the previous posters. I can't even call this a real estate typo. What is it ? As a .us "dictionary" word - and a little used verb - well, I just cannot think of a use for it. Work with us, please, what could it mean ?

Despite you generalizing the name as a Real Estate name, the domain name isnt half bad. "Restate" is present well over 5 and a half million times on a simple google search. Though it wouldnt hold much value now, you may see high - low xxx in the near future.

I agree, it's not a pure real estate name but it has some value since many companies use this term for their business.

Low/mid $xxx seems about right (if someone contacts you...).

restate has nothing to do with real estate, restate is a term for itself, not a very good one with the .us extension , I would think the value is actually close to regfee, maybe low $xx

That may be true with a .com extension. You may have missed that it's a .us extension which probably makes it worthless.

You need to read my comment...if you are able to.

I did not warn anyone. Please learn how to comprehend what is written.

Good luck with that fantastic .us name you have. I'm sure it is already sold though.

Hey man, it's your reputation. Go ahead and waste it this way if you like. No one will take you seriously or care much what you have to say in the future if you keep up stuff like this.

Think positive. The keyword pretty much stinks and has a value of reg fee minus any time you put into working on it. BUT -- You're on the right path selecting .US. Now just find some keywords that work.
