not really, the fastest whois is the individual registrars whois where the domain has been regged.

If you want a real time bulk availability checker pm me, I have one for sale for $49.00, you need your own hosting to run it.

Why would you need a real-time whois? If you only want to know whether a domain name is available or not, just check it with ANY registrar. If you want to know WHODUNIT (I mean grabbed your love ones), just wait for a few hours (the central registry updates every 12 hours) or make some guesses at eNom or GoDaddy, etc, Most names now go to a few of the registrars.
