What do you think? It is probably the most common typo for realestate.
Honest appraisals please!
Thanks in advance!

oh believe me..there is a difference between thinking outside the box and making dumb regs...I think this whole mobi thing is going to be a failure down the road, because right now 99% of buyers are all speculators that think .mobi is gonna be the next .com ...if you have a mobile device with keypad and large screen..why would anyone need .mobi? just use .com..nobody needs mobi..the guys behind mobi are smart in making you belive you need a new tld for a mobile device..that is total nonsense..its a whole lot easier for a webpage to detect what kind of device is accessing the info..I am aware that there are some great sales going on right now, but this will be only until the mobi guys will have sold their 64 pages of premium domains to sell them to the highest bidder to retire right after at some tropical paradise..the only losers will be those that pay top notch dollar for a domain that nobody is using right now..
First of all, there are real, developed sites up and running. And second, I don't know anyone (including myself) who thinks that .mobi is going to be the next .com. You have little or no knowledge of this extension, yet you're always the first to appraise a .mobi name as you see it as another opportunity to bash the extension.
As far as this name, not a big fan (mainly because I don't like typos in any extension).
Seanboy thanks for the honest as well as domainah and xchanger. There is still value in dot mobi, even if dot mobi turns out to be another tld. Keywords and such, but I think that the dotmobi thing is going to be big. Yes, they did hold back 64 pages on premium domains, but they did so because of domainers. Wouldn't you have done the same thing? It is simply good business practice. So Domainah, if you choose to not to reg good dotmobis or if you have regged alpha/numerics because of the potential, well sorry that combo is going to be short lived, but the best of luck to you! If you really want to know what is going to work in the dot mobi world. Wait for the results from the Moniker auction in a couple of weeks, then my friend you will see who is holding the bag. I am sure it won't be those regging dot mobis.
At first, I was against dotMobi holding back those names. Now, I think it made sense. Although there a few names on that list that I wouldn't consider to be "premium." The sunrise names were unlocked the other day so I would suspect many new sites going live over the next few weeks.
Domainah, by the way, I wasn't trying to flame you or anything..Sorry if you took it that way.
IMO if the .mobi hater dislikes .mobi domain names so much, why do they post in a .mobi thread??? It's surely easier and far less stressful just to ignore any .mobi thread??
