nice domain.I like it.
Good luck~:ok:

This name was sold here a few months ago I believe... You are the new owner ?

if you are the one who bought it a lil while ago, i think you did pretty good for yourself. This could be sold to a large realestateagency for mid-high xx,xxx. even more cause they have big bucks

I believe this domain recently sold on afternic

It has a generic appeal but I very rarely here the term agency when referring to a real estate company, the term agent is obviously used quite a bit and most companies try to promote their specific brand..so in my opinion your target development market becomes limited.

I dont see this as more than low xxxx, which is lower than the recent published sale and strictly based on end user appeal...the right biz model or company developing this could change this quite a bit...good luck

RealEstateAgency.Com is a very nice domain. They use "agency" rather than "company" in the UK. Usually though, they use "Estate Agency" rather than "Real Estate Agency".

In anycase, it has a strong commercial appeal and the types of companies looking for these types of domains are pretty flush with cash, for the most part. My guess would be xx,xxx.

IMO it's worth at least mid-$$$$ and above for end user.
Very nice name.

Nice name. HIgh $x,xxx resell, mid $xx,xxx end-user

According to OV, "real estate company" is searched a bit more than "real estate agency", but here in US agency usually refers to a brokerage firm such as Century21 or ReMax, while company usually refers to companies that deal with real estate but are not brokers (RE investment, title insurance, builders).

Yes, I bought it recently.

Nice name, I will say high $x.xxx

Good luck! :ok:

Very nice name. I would say develop it and have real estate agencies advertise on the site. I own realestatecompany.ca and have plans to do the same. Appraisal anywhere from low x,xxx to mid xx,xxx.

It doesn't look like it gets much traffic:

"Unique Visitors per month: 161"

I would place the value at low $$$$...

I'm not trying to sell it (unless someone comes along with a really nice offer of course).

It gets no traffic, I know, I didnt buy it for type ins. I bought cause I see a ton of potential if developed.

Thanks for all the feedback BTW.

It certainly has potential.

BTW, Welcome to DNF...

Excellent generic industry name. 3.32 million Google, 11,192 Ovt - not too shabby. I have no problem supporting at least mid to high $xx,xxx. Low $xx,xxx and below would be the discount level.

Very nice name. Low-mid $xx,xxx at least.

Mid 5-figures = starting point for negotiations. This domain should never be sold in $X,XXX.

This is a great domain, of course. The previous appraisals have been good, in my opinion. I agree that the domain is worth mid to high $xx,xxx. You should develop the domain to increase its value and maybe to monetize it. Good luck!
