Unfortunately, Real Estate is plural by nature and the s just kills the value. Reg fee.

I agree. The domain is worthless. It's even bad for branding and development due to the improper s.

I would have to disagree. Though the 's' make it less then ideal, "real estateS" is used to refer to the business as a whole and it is commonly used. I think realestates is one of those few words that can opperate whether plural or not. Google search with quotes produces neerly 2 million for "real estates". I mean I could totally be wrong, but I think it's worth more then reg fee if not in resell value then in PPC, type-ins, and possible developement value. What do you guys think? I'd like to hear from thoss that have replied already also. Thank you for your comments, it may differ from what I think or want to think- but I appreciate the comments none-the-less because they help me become a better domaineer and I'll learn a lesson any way I can.

Being an educated person, you would not have, however, it does appears on Google time and time again under the exact phase, there are even 350 entries with the Forum added in. I find it hard to understand why this should be, but the usage of language changes and political or linguistic correctness is not a primary determinate of value.

My view is low $xxx

The addition of the (s) kills it when applied to a forum. The argument for value of "real estates" (Goo results etc.) without the "forum" may be legitimate if applied as a typo. The name is not appropriate for the industry in either case. When adding a third keyword to the string you take away the typo value as well. Unless someone can think of an exception in this case, I'd take it as just a lesson learned, plug it on sedo and drop it when it expires.

the google results are almost non existent, they are typos, not linguistic changes.
349 results for the term against 713,000 for the term without an s........ HUGE difference.

"Estates" is a valid term; "Real Estates" is not. Reg fee indeed.
