You are mistaken with your numbers. "Home Real Estate" pulls in the numbers you mention. Not "Real home Estate". The google keyword tool does not account for word order.

Strange... i see the number i said for "real home estate"

i uploaded a print screen to my server... please my friend, correct me if i'm wrong because i'm not here to give false numbers and if i'm wrong i close the thread immediately.

I'm honest and i really don't want misunderstandings if i'm making a mistake.

Thanks in advance

EDIT: I think you're right and i'm learning my biggest lesson... today!

Thanks

I'm not questioning your integrity. It's a common mistake. Unlike Google Search, the keyword tool simply pulls the phrase up despite the word order that it is in. If you google the phrase with quotes then google it without, you'll see the disparity in the numbers and that will usually let you know the popularity of a phrase.
Best of luck!

Thanks for this lesson.

I think this thread is now closed since the values don't make any sense :(

Thanks once again
