So let's say you are the only winner on an backordered domain, does it still go into auction mode?

I have one domain that is sitting in my auctions now. When you back order you commit to $60. My auction shows a total of 1 bid at $60 - that would be me.

I would assume there would be at least 2 bids at $60, one winning (the earlier bidder), and one losing (the later bidder)

Is this common with pool, if you are the only bidder on a domain does it go straight into auction mode or have you had it go straight into your account?

Thanks!

This is normal for Pool auctions. When you backorder a domain it only shows one bid no matter how many other bidders. Also Pool doesn't show how much other people are entered in the auction. If you are the only bidder you get the domain without an auction.

So why does it show me as the winning and only bidder if there was at least one other bidder who bid $60 as well?

Ok, thanks much - I will keep an eye on it. I only bid late last night so I am guessing there might be one other bidder.

So odd.
