http://easymeal.org/ is for sale. Took me almost all whole day to setup this website. It's got lots of categories and thousands of blog entries. The posts came from a content database I had which was converted into wordpress. This is a great site with almost completely unique content.
Buyer gets everything seen (and a copy of the database of course! The database is not unique however). I have a couple of wordpress plugins installed. Just drop in your adsense and make money from this website!
