great domain for development, tricky, because if you are a local realty firm you are not a portal really, and big firms have their name anyway, in realty more than anywhere else the geographically limited domains are worth a lot more, so for example dallasrealty is better than usarealty in my opinion, but because realty does have good keywords, it would make sense to do some real development for a nam like this, by that I mean a real info page about realty buying/selling not just some generic adsense site, good luck
