Domain ends with 360.com not threesixty.com. Received an offer of 300 euros (about $400) on Sedo about 2 weeks ago. Looked it up and .net and .mobi were registered the same day by a German software company /software magazine (software-support dot biz). Sedo offer comes from Germany too, so I'm pretty sure it's the same company. I countered with 750 euros and haven't heard back, reduced the price to 695 euros eventually. I also e-mailed them directly and explained them about Sedo fees bla bla. Today they countered with 350 euros ($470). Do you think I should take it or counter again?

If you counter do not go up by more than 50 Euros. You could just decline and possibly lose the sale but then the ball is in their court and you have more leverage. Also could you not take it to auction instead of bumping 15 Euros?
