Wanted: Service Recognizng a template design

Are any of your real good at knowing places that a design came from? I contracted for an orginal design and am 99% sure I am getting a bad template being shown to me as the work to comment on.

www.templatemonster.com is the biggest templates site, so you must take a look there first.
