Recommended Registrar for the .MD TLD

.MD extension is the country-specific Internet Domain from the Republic of Moldova, and is being heavily marketed to the medical community..... One drawback is the yearly registration fee, which goes anywhere from $129 to $250 PER year.

I need to register one of these and want to know what Registrar to go with, has anyone dealt with registernames.com? they offer a year reg for $129 per year....
