If you have been a respondent in the past, and lost, then the panelists will not look at your case favorably the next time, even when the case being brought against you is flimsy, and you will left more vulnerable in the future.

Or, for those that just have to have that TM name simply because...

Know when you are wrong and beat at the game. Give it up! Why even contest the name or its usage or convey your rights to it.

In other words, why even let it tie up the WIPO and URDP scene? That is why I am perplexed at this owner's time to even bother to respond. Unless it is for that one moment that he wins out of thousands of name TM violations.
