Recycling pre-release names

What is happening with all those names that pop up in the pre-release lists over and over again? I see Vuduu.com is in pre-release scheduled for auction at 3 feb 2009 but I am sure it was already auctioned not too long ago, maybe even more than once.

Almost everyday I see names appear in the pre-release lists shortly after they were auctioned at Namejet.They populate the pre-release lists over and over again.

I am pretty sure I have seen lpfm.org (also scheduled for 3 feb) more than once too.

Some were won and never paid for. Some are not pre-released at all and it seems to be a glitch.

First page now shows names that might be auctioned within a week.
Also namejet has a bug and some names are stuck for months in the lists.
