hi is there any one here to help me
my problem is:
i purchased some domain names from 08-dec-2006 but the next day i received an email from godaddy that my purchase was canceled & i will receive my money back (refund) for no reason , and i said ok when they will refund back the money i will choose another reg co to purchase again from another reg co ,
but till now no refund and the money is still SPEND on my statment & i emailed godaddy & they answered me (10-jan-2007) that allow the card issuing bank 3-5 days to post back my money but i waited for 15 days nothing happened ????!!!!!
please i need help

keeping touch with godaddy。
same time。choose other registar to registers those domains

godaddy took my money
the statment till now shows that the money SPEND to godaddy.com
so my domains purchase canceled & at the same time NO REFUND !!!!
no domains no refund

is there any one godaddy refunded back his money?

without any problems with the refund?

I have been able to get refunds for clients in the past when there were errors - I must admit, though, we had a personal acct mgr but they did take the info seriously.

I think maybe you should write to a specific person if you can. Also it might NOT be accurate to read what it says in your go daddy account. The proof is the credit card statement. Find out 2 things:

1. did you really get charged - is it on your statement
2. if it is on your statement, does the cc company have a corresponding entry for the refund

It's unlikely that you have actually been charged.
