I have'nt been able to renew my expired domains with them inspite of trying multiple times during the last 3 days. First they said it was a 'Registry error' which will get sorted out in a few hours and now it has been over 2 days and their Support department has even stopped replying to tickets.

I guess they are unable to pay their master registrar (Enom I guess) for renewals/registrations.

Anybody has any idea about this?

I thought RegisterFly had recently become their own registrar and stopped going through Enom?

Anyways...I wish everyone would just stop using them...

They are their own registrar, no longer enom resellers.

If your expired names are still enom, you may want to contact enom rather than registerfly.

RegisterFly is probably the most bashed register on this forum...

From personal experience, I can say that they really do suck! I left them long ago!

Why oh why do members continue to use them?

By the way, I hope your renewals work out for you. Good Luck!

bugs us why people do :-)

I have been waiting for their Live chat support to respond for the last 30 minutes! All I get is this message:

"All our operators are currently assisting others customers. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly".

Can you believe, I have never regged a single domain on Registerfly.com (though I have over 80 of them there). All of them have been bought by me and pushed into my account by the seller. I will definately NEVER use them ever.

Just want to warn all dnf'ers to TRANSFER out their valuable domains asap or they'll be stuck like me.

Hey, if they lose or take the name(s) look at it as a lesson/blessing. You'll quit using those jerks at Regfly and it'll save you from losing even more money on double billings, failed renewals or transfers, and future outright disappearance of domains. Just like the rest of us have experienced for years.

What affiliate of registerfly's parent organization already filed for bankruptcy? Anyone know that one right off?

Do you know why their phone support is always busy? because they receive phone complaints 1000 times a second.

i sometimes have problems as well with name transfers in registerfly

I believe its time that we join forces on this one and put a stop to what is going on - this has been happening far too long and affecting way too many people - it must stop! I am happy to call Internic, and whoever else is needed to get our message across. I would think the New Jersey BBB might be another logical phone call. I would suggest we open up this thread to other ideas for action.

Here we come registerfly...

Is there any precedent where a registrar has gone under - what happens to the domains registered there?

Funny Maybe this guy can mess up 2 industries.

I have a similar situation at Namefrog.com. I've been trying to change name servers and unlock a name there for 8 months. They send URLs that don't work to approve changes. They don't respond to support requests.
